Amway Global or Nikken Who is the Fairest of Them All
Both Amway Global and Nikken are great companies that have assisted numerous people to realize their hopes and dreams and even become millionaires with financial independence. They also have enabled many to form loving, quality relationships that have benefited their families and communities. Also both these companies have been around the MLM arena for a period of time and you may wonder if there is still room for growth.
If you have been in one of these companies or are thinking about joining you might be having some troubling questions running through your mind. This may especially be true if you are in one of the MLM businesses and have been struggling for growth and finding it ever harder to get leads or prospects.
You could easily become discouraged and give up; thinking that the competition is too great and you have missed the boat. Yet even though it might seem like the market is saturated and the opportunity for success is less than a newer MLM company that simply is not true.
The real problem or challenge in getting quality leads and prospects is pretty much the same for all companies! So if that is true then what may be wrong is the method being used to generate leads and new distributors.
Sadly most new distributors to any MLM opportunity are being taught to do the same things which may have worked well in the past but because of the changing social environment are no longer as effective as they used to be. So, for at least the past 50 to 60 years, new distributors have been trained pretty much in the same way:
1) Make a list of 100 friends and family
2) Pitch your opportunity to your list
3) Get as many people as possible to house parties and opportunity previews
4) Pass out tapes, fliers, and business cards anywhere you can find people
5) Attend meetings, seminars and read books to polish your skills
If you have been in any MLM opportunity the above list will be familiar. If you are new to the Network Marketing Industry then you more than likely will see the above list mentioned in your membership starter package.
Whereas the above method works well for a few individuals, for the most part the greater number of new distributors have difficulty with the process.
Why is that?
The answer is simple:
1) Everyone is different and has different personalities and abilities
2) Training! Everyone entering a home base business opportunity has a different set of skills
3) Social changes, computers, cell phones, text messages and the internet
4) Time! With ever greater demands on your time it is just not possible to do certain tasks effectively unless you automate or use the power of technology
The real issue is the system or method you are using to promote your business opportunity not the type of business or products that you are presenting. Regardless of what company you belong to there are opportunities for success but history has shown that MLM success is directly tied to lead generation and prospecting. The difference to success and failure is not what products or services you have to market!
The difference is how you market your goods and services. If you are using a system or style that is out dated or does not fit your personality you are almost guaranteed of failure.
The majority of all the fortunes made in network marketing are by distributors who understand that what is important; is not your market, but how you market your market. So think in terms of value, the more value you can give to others, the quicker you will have good results!
That is the key that makes the difference!
Also teaming up with the right team is extremely vital to your success! So whether you choose to market online or offline the marketing team and mentors you align yourself with can really be the difference between success and failure in any MLM.
