<p>Deer Valley has become a very popular winter vacation spot within the United States.  There are a lot of people that love having this kind of vacation.</p>
<p>Even if you do not want to go out and participate in the winter time activities you can stay inside and enjoy the beautiful view.  You can stay in and play games by the fireside, read some recreational books or even watch movies.</p>
<p>There are a lot of people that also enjoy taking vacations during the wintertime to a summer spot.  To get out of the cold and the gray skies and into a beach town with the sunshine is the perfect vacation for many.</p>
<p>If you are planning on taking a vacation to a sunny spot during the winter you are going to want to take some precautions.  You will want to bring lots of sunscreen because your skin will not be used to the UV rays.</p>
<p>There are a lot of people that refuse to lather on the sunscreen because they want to get a tan while they are on vacation.  If you do not lather on the sunscreen instead of coming home with a glowing tan you will come home looking like a tomato.  </p>
<p>You can do a lot of damage to your skin if you do not use sunscreen.  Taking the time to take care of yourself while you are on vacation is very important.</p>
<p>Whether you choose to vacation within the United States or outside of the United States your vacation will be much less stressful if you plan ahead of time.  The planning can take some time and some effort but will be well worth it in the end.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>There has been some serious hype with joining a certain company called Numis Network. People have been jumping off companies in droves to join due to a lot of hype and promises that I would like to touch on. I am no expert in the field of coin collecting but I do know network marketing. Also, I would like to state that a lot of my fellow internet marketers are with this company and I am happy they have attached to something they can 100% believe in. This is by no means a knock on their company but only a personal analysis of what I&#8217;m seeing about Numis Network.</p>
<p>Defining Numismatic by Numis Network:</p>
<p>&#8220;The word &#8220;numismatic&#8221; means the study and collecting of money. Numismatic coins are legal tender coins that are sought after by collectors. These include everything from the ancient coins used as currency from the beginning of civilization, to the official coins minted by the Roman Empire, through today&#8217;s modern issue silver and gold coins produced by the world&#8217;s government mints.</p>
<p>It doesn&#8217;t matter whether you are a seasoned collector or buying your very first graded silver or gold coin. When you purchase coins through Numis Network, you&#8217;ll have the advantage of buying from someone you know, and at the most competitive prices in the industry.&#8221;</p>
<p>The main reason and selling point coming from the company is from numismatic expert Mike Mezack who says, &#8220;If you are going to collect something, it might as well be money!&#8221;</p>
<p>Now of course that would make sense IF all coins collected are worth money and appreciating.</p>
<p>Look, I&#8217;m a comic book nerd when I grew up as a kid. The whole idea was to collect comics for the sake of collecting. You kept them in mint condition with comic wrappers and backers in hopes it would be worth something in years to come. How would you know which would be worth something in the future?</p>
<p>I never knew. I just collected the cooler ones with major plot lines in hopes someday it would be a collectors item and this brings me back to Numis and what they believe to be a valuable asset.</p>
<p>Referring back to Numismatic definition. Legal tenders that are &#8220;sought after by collectors&#8221;. Here is the deal with my limited knowledge of supply and demand. I would assume it&#8217;s the same with comic books to coin as rarity happens by chance, not planned.</p>
<p>Does rarity come in the form of signing up 1 million reps who then purchase their coins monthly.</p>
<p>How is that rare?  Where would the demand be then?</p>
<p>Maybe I need a specialist to enlighten me but I would want to know how much I can sell these assets for before investing into them. If it&#8217;s for pure metal content I would think that is a simple case of measuring it&#8217;s weight. But if it&#8217;s a collector&#8217;s coin I would think not ALL coins would go up in value. It&#8217;s a supply/demand, right?</p>
<p>Look. I did a search on: 2005 MS70 American Eagle Silver Dollar</p>
<p>Guess how much this is worth if bought online? $39.95<br />
Okay Okay. It was graded by NTC but would a graded mean that much? I&#8217;ve heard ANACS graded coins aren&#8217;t as good as PCGS and NGC.</p>

I know for a fact I would move coins or at least check out what they would go for to move on Ebay as I have been a powerseller before and that would be my first place to push coins.</p>

People have been jumping off companies in droves to join due to a lot of hype and promises that I would like to touch on. I am no expert in the field of coin collecting but I do know network marketing. Also, I would like to state that a lot of my fellow internet marketers are with this company and I am happy they have attached to something they can 100% believe in. This is by no means a knock on their company but only a personal analysis of what I&#8217;m seeing about Numis Network.</p>
<p>Defining Numismatic by Numis Network:</p>
<p>&#8220;The word &#8220;numismatic&#8221; means the study and collecting of money. Numismatic coins are legal tender coins that are sought after by collectors. These include everything from the ancient coins used as currency from the beginning of civilization, to the official coins minted by the Roman Empire, through today&#8217;s modern issue silver and gold coins produced by the world&#8217;s government mints.</p>
<p>It doesn&#8217;t matter whether you are a seasoned collector or buying your very first graded silver or gold coin. When you purchase coins through Numis Network, you&#8217;ll have the advantage of buying from someone you know, and at the most competitive prices in the industry.&#8221;</p>
<p>The main reason and selling point coming from the company is from numismatic expert Mike Mezack who says, &#8220;If you are going to collect something, it might as well be money!&#8221;</p>
<p>Now of course that would make sense IF all coins collected are worth money and appreciating.</p>
<p>Look, I&#8217;m a comic book nerd when I grew up as a kid. The whole idea was to collect comics for the sake of collecting. You kept them in mint condition with comic wrappers and backers in hopes it would be worth something in years to come. How would you know which would be worth something in the future?</p>
<p>I never knew. I just collected the cooler ones with major plot lines in hopes someday it would be a collectors item and this brings me back to Numis and what they believe to be a valuable asset.</p>
<p>Referring back to Numismatic definition. Legal tenders that are &#8220;sought after by collectors&#8221;. Here is the deal with my limited knowledge of supply and demand. I would assume it&#8217;s the same with comic books to coin as rarity happens by chance, not planned.</p>
<p>Does rarity come in the form of signing up 1 million reps who then purchase their coins monthly.</p>
<p>How is that rare?  Where would the demand be then?</p>
<p>Maybe I need a specialist to enlighten me but I would want to know how much I can sell these assets for before investing into them. If it&#8217;s for pure metal content I would think that is a simple case of measuring it&#8217;s weight. But if it&#8217;s a collector&#8217;s coin I would think not ALL coins would go up in value. It&#8217;s a supply/demand, right?</p>
<p>Look. I did a search on: 2005 MS70 American Eagle Silver Dollar</p>
<p>Guess how much this is worth if bought online? $39.95<br />
Okay Okay. It was graded by NTC but would a graded mean that much? I&#8217;ve heard ANACS graded coins aren&#8217;t as good as PCGS and NGC.</p>

<p>The next day choose whether to hike to Hankapi&#8217;I to enjoy fantastic scenery and the Kauai wildlife or to get surfing lessons at Kalapaki Beach. Kalapaki Beach offers a protected environment that is sheltered by slightly sloping sand dunes.</p>
<p>This protection in combination with the beautiful bay makes this an ideal spot for tourists and natives. In addition to surfing lessons, catamaran cruises and sailing are available. </p>
<p>The next day travel by boat or helicopter to the famous Napali Coast. This coast line offers a different type of scenery with rugged, green cliffs. </p>
<p>The Napali Coastline is believed to be the first landing spot of the ancient Hawaiians. The cliffs offered the settlers fertile soil, freshwater from the mountains, and fantastic fishing. </p>
<p>The cliffs themselves are 1000 feet tall that host &#8220;hanging&#8221; or traditional valley. A &#8220;hanging&#8221; valley is a valley that does not slowly slope down to the ocean, but ends suddenly on the edge of a sea cliff.</p>
<p>These cliffs have been featured in many movies including The Thorn Birds and South Pacific. There are many caves, small beaches, and waterfalls that add to the unique beauty of the Napali Coast. </p>

<p>As the enlightenment era progressed, this phrase also came to refer to the light of knowledge that penetrated the city. The Eiffel&#8217;s tower, the first Metro line, and many more parks were created at this time.</p>
<p>As previously mentioned, tourists come in droves of hundreds of thousands to visit Paris yearly for vacation and study abroad programs. This makes Paris a very multi-cultural city.</p>
<p>Paris has been known as one of the cities with most opportunity for a multi-cultural experience since the late 1970s. France had an influx of immigrants in the early 1970s.</p>
<p>These immigrants mainly came from French-speaking countries such as Vietnam, Laos, and certain parts of Africa. Statistics have shown that Paris is home to more peoples of different origins than New York.</p>
<p>Rich cultures, foods, and music also immigrated with these people. The opportunity to experience all of these different cultures in one place is part of what make Paris an attractive vacation location.</p>
<p>When traveling to Paris, keep in mind that it is a large city and has many of the resulting city personalities. Paris is a very fast-paced, busy city.</p>
<p>There are also many beggars and salesmen causing the people to be suspicious of anyone who stops them in the street. When you arrive in Paris and are looking for directions, keep this in mind if no one will spare enough time to tell you where to go.</p>
<p>Paris has long been a city of culture, the rich, and the important. Due to these characteristics, Parisians have developed a reputation of arrogance.</p>
<p>However, these people are also very particular about good manners and politeness. It is important to be polite even if you do not understand the language, are lost, or simply frustrated.</p>
<p>Think about picking up a few French words before arriving in France. A few simple words can help you be polite and navigate your way around the city with ease.<br />
A cheerful greeting English or your native language is often recognized due to the multi-cultural personality of Paris. Parisians are much more likely to respond to your questions when you are friendly and polite.</p>
<p>Going hand in hand with politeness, Parisians expect foreigners to talk in a normal voice. Many foreign countries believe Americans are very loud in nature.<br />
This is something they look down on, even if you are trying to catch up with someone in the train station. Speaking too loudly is equivalent to being rude in their book.</p>
<p>Most people will associate speaking too loudly as an American habit and will not say anything. They are also less likely to give you help when you need it.<br />
The French are required to learn English in school. This can help you out if you do not know the French language when traveling there.</p>
<p>However, you will have to speak slowly and clearly because many people will not be fluent. Learning English for them is like being required to learn Spanish in school for Americans.</p>
<p>We do not become fluent through speaking Spanish in high school. Another complication is that the French learn English as spoken in Britain, and so they are used to a British accent.</p>
<p>Younger people are more likely to know more English than the older generation. No matter how frustrated you become with their English if they do not speak very well remember that you should never shout.</p>
<p>You are visiting their country, and technically you should be speaking French. Yelling is a good way for them to stop trying at all.</p>
<p>A vacation in Paris can be a richly rewarding experience with vast choices in style, activities, and cultures. It truly is a city of light and romance.</p>

<p>Many property preservation quizzes contain common real estate industry definition-type questions as they relate to HUD. For example, a quiz may ask the following:  </p>
<p>Question:  What is the definition of Conveyance Condition as it relates to a HUD property?  </p>
<p>Answer:  You could state something very simple, such as the following:  For a property to be in Conveyance Condition, as it relates to the foreclosure cleanup end, the property must be undamaged (undamaged by flood, fire, hurricane/tornado, boiler, etc.); the grass must be cut; the property must be sufficiently winterized; all debris and hazardous and unhealthy materials must be removed from in and about the property; and the property must be efficiently boarded and secured, including all pools and hot tubs, at minimum. </p>
<p>Another sample question you may come across on a property preservation test may be the following:</p>
<p>Question:  Please describe in detail the steps you must take when you winterize a property with a dry heat system.  </p>
<p>Answer:  Dry Heat Systems.  The hot water heater and all domestic water supply and distribution piping must be drained in a manner sufficient to prevent freezing and other damage. All valves and faucets are to remain open during process. (After draining has been completed, they should be closed.)  An appropriate amount of antifreeze should be placed in all fixture traps, including in toilet bowls and tanks. </p>
<p>To set yourself apart as a potential foreclosure cleanup subcontractor, you could go into greater detail in your answer. For example, using the above winterization question, you could elaborate on the answer by describing winterization requirements in greater detail by pulling information from HUD guidelines (which can be found pretty easily by scouring the internet).  </p>
<p>For example, you could include the following in your answer:   Answer &#8212; Generally properties are to be winterized once between the 1st day of October and the 31st of March, though there can be exceptions based on local requirements. Unless otherwise specified, winterization should encompass cleaning toilets and draining of &#8220;all&#8221; heating systems and plumbing in a manner sufficient to prevent damage and freezing. Air pressure, or in some cases antifreeze, can be used to clear system and prevent freezing.   All winterization should be performed taking local and state codes, rules and regulations into account.  Photos (before and after), along with other supporting paperwork and documentation, must be submitted for reimbursement of expenditures.  </p>
<p>Here are a few more sample questions you my come across when taking a foreclosure cleanup subcontractor quiz (see if you can find the answers online yourself):</p>
<p>During a trash-out you notice there is a motorcycle in very good condition in a detached garage. What should you do? </p>
<p>When does grass cutting season start and end in your geographic coverage area?</p>
<p>Describe services performed during a formal trash-out?</p>
<p>What steps should you take if you arrive at what is supposed to be an empty property with an order to secure it and you find out it is occupied by someone?</p>
<p>All of the above answers can be found in HUD Guidelines, which, again, can be found online.</p>
<p>Though many of the larger, more formalized, companies require completion of a quiz to register your foreclosure cleanup business with their companies, many do not. So search around the internet, and if a company seems to be a fit for your business service-wise and geographically, don&#8217;t let a quiz prevent you from signing up as a potential subcontractor with their company. </p>
<p>Do your research and attack the quiz with fervor. As a smaller foreclosure cleanup company, getting subcontracting work via the larger property preservation companies that service your area can add exponentially to your bottom-line.  Many of these larger companies often service hundreds of properties at one time, across several states.  Forging an alliance with the larger property preservation company is the key to really growing your foreclosure cleanup business.</p>

<p>However, in many cases, these individuals are able to agree to paying a smaller amount and, in some cases, can even come to an agreement with the debt collection agency to settle their debt for a fraction of what they owe.  This creates a win-win situation.  The individual gets to clear their debt and the debt collector makes a profit.</p>
<p>Now in this business model, although you would be purchasing the loans you don&#8217;t actually have to personally go about collecting on those loans.  This is something which you can outsource to a debt collection agency.  And you can pay the debt collection agency on a performance or commission basis, i.e. they are paid out of what they&#8217;re able to collect.</p>
